There are 30 records of this whale in Ireland since 2016 but it was first recorded in Irish waters in 2008.

Re- Observed:

May 2018- Baltimore Wildlife Tours, West Cork

Last Observed: September 2020, Nick Masset, Blasket Islands, Co. Kerry.
